Ankota Appoints Sara Moore as Chief Operating Officer

Boston, MA (December 1, 2019) – As Ankota continues to expand its operational scope, Ankota is proud to announce the promotion of Sara (Ebers) Moore as Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this capacity, Sara leads the professional services team responsible for customer onboarding, project management, and customer support. Sara also oversees Ankota's HR and business processes across all functions.

Before joining Ankota in 2017, Sara spent 10 years in project coordination and project management in the medical and non-medical Home Care space. Her focuses in those roles were in healthcare administration, specifically in Adult/Pediatric Therapy, Orthopedics, Private Duty Home Care and Skilled Nursing Facilities. Sara used Ankota's software at the home care division of Christian Horizons (Springfield, IL) and also held positions of increasing responsibility with HSHS St. Johns Hospital (also in Springfield, IL).

Her ability to establish and implement processes across a broad spectrum of health care settings has translated well into Ankota, where she established Ankota's processes for implementation and support (using Monday.com), and how they integrate with sales processes (in HubSpot CRM) and development processes (in JIRA).

Sara is beloved by Ankota's customers and has grown a project management and support team based on her customer-first mindset and passion for efficiency. Sara is a graduate of the University of Illinois, Urbana – Champaign, IL and is aspiring to receive her PMP certification in Summer of 2020.
